Anne T. Mourlot, 79 of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
Anne (or “Annie” as she was affectionately called by her husband) was born in Emanuel County, GA and raised in Chelsea, MA. She loved animals and made them her business through several successful endeavors in her life. She loved the people around her, and they loved her back. Some of Anne’s best times in life were when she had a fishing rod in hand, and family and friends by her side.
Anne is survived by her children, Robert Mourlot (Beverly), Laura Strother (Kenny), and William Mourlot, Jr.; her brother, Wayne Gross of Sandersville, GA; sisters-in-law, Maxine Gross of Tennille, GA and Ann McNally (Dennis) of Port Saint Lucie, FL; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends, all who loved her dearly. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, (ret.) SMSGT William Mourlot; mother, Bessie Bradden; father, Abraham Gross; and brothers, Robert Gross and Mark Gross.
