Thomas Richard Gilbert, Jr., 53, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Born December 5, 1965 in Bellows Falls, VT, Thomas was the son of Thomas Richard Gilbert and Jean Jackson Gilbert.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cleveland and Johnnie Mae Jackson; and his paternal grandparents, Richard A. Gilbert and Dorothy Rosina Secore.
Along with his parents, Thomas is survived by his sister, Wanda Harms and her husband Bruce; niece, Sarah Willner and her husband Michael; nephew, Bruce Alan Harms II; and great nephew, Bruce Alan Harms III.
Thomas was an avid fan of the UNC Tarheels, the Dallas Cowboys, and the NY Yankees, and enjoyed watching NASCAR and the WWE whenever he could.
He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
