Troy Pimienta

Troy Wayne Pimienta, 64, of Fayetteville, died Friday, December 29, 2017, surrounded by family.

Born March 19, 1953 in Kansas City, Kansas, Troy was the son of the late Salvador and Yvonne Stewart.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Pimienta.

Troy is survived by his daughter, Dawn Romero of Fayetteville; a son, John Pimienta and wife Olivia of Raleigh; two sisters, Jolene Witzel and Tina Tuttle, a brother, Richard Conver, all of California; and two granddaughters he adored, Elisa and Elizabeth Romero.

Troy served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Breezewood Church in Hope Mills. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Breezewood Church to help with funeral expenses.
