Obituary
Barbara Ann Calhoun Tazelaar 65 of Hope Mills passed away Wednesday January 27 at her residence.
Born in Cumberland County she is the daughter of the late Lawrence Murry and Lenora Herring Calhoun.
She is also preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Calhoun.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Tazelaar of Hope Mills, sons, Brandon Tazelaar of Hope Mills and Jason Tazelaar & wife Roe of Raeford; grandchildren, Erin Torrey, Brandon Tazelaaar, Jr., Stormy Tazelaar, Rebeka Tazelaar, Jason Klack, Matthew Tazelaar, Jordan Vigo, Malena Vega; great grandson, Hayden Tazelaar; sister, Louise Russell of Hope Mills.
She was the Hope Mills Cheerleading Coach for 9 years.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm Monday February 1, 2021 followed by a funeral service at 12:30 at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Serrvices. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
