Earl Mason

Earl Mason, 82 of Hope Mills, passed away May 14, 2021 surrounded by family.

Born in Cumberland County, he is the son of the late Herman and Clidabell Mason.  He is also preceded in death by sister, Ruth Curl and brothers, Raymond “Pete” Mason, David Mason, Richard “Bookie” Mason, John Mason, and Robert Cecil Mason.

He is survived by wife of 63 years, Mary Mason; daughters, Elaine Frye (Ronnie), Teresa “Teri”  Kimbrell (Edward), Sharon Wall (Kirk), and Lori Maisano (Kenneth); 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Helen Norris; and a host of other family and friends.

Earl was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
