Richard Trumbull

Richard Charles Trumbull, 78 of Parkton, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

Born April 24, 1943 in Norfolk County, MA, Richard was the son of the late Charles Landry and Blanche Trinque. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Al Trumbull.

Richard is survived by his wife, Teresa Trumbull, son, Christopher Trumbull; son, Scott Trumbull and wife Cindy; daughter, Cathy Ward and husband Randall; grandchildren, Christopher Trumbull, Jr., Heather Trumbull, Andrew Trumbull, and Alyssa Trumbull; 4 great grandchildren, Jayda Trumbull, Alayia Jones, Ava Trumbull, and Carter Trumbull; aunt, Janet Connelly; and a host of other family and friends.

Richard was a Sergeant in the US Army until his retirement in 1985. During his military career, he worked as a helicopter repairman, and received several badges and medals in his time of service.  He enjoyed many sports over the years, including playing softball and being an avid golfer.

Richard was also a car enthusiast and in his spare time enjoying reading. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
